Final Fantasy Xx2 Hd Remaster Easy Bliztball Games
TL:DR version: Get airship, sign Brother, Rin, Wedge, Ropp, and Jumal for 3 games, win tournament for Attack Reels, reset data, sign for 10 games, win league for Status Reels, reset data, sign for 3 games, win tournament for Auroch Reels.
Long Version:
Do this after you obtain the airship and make sure you have plenty of gil as you'll be recruiting some players to make this relatively easy.
You'll want to sign your players for 3 games, then 10 games, then 3 games. That will cover the first tournament, the league, and then the second tournament. If you want Wakka's Sigil, you need to sign them for 10 more games after that.
Once you win the first tournament and Attack Reels, don't resign your players. Instead, reset the data. This means you lose all levels and Tidus loses Jecht Shot, but your 4 players go back to being free agents and you can resign them. Keep resetting data until the League Prize is Status Reels and win that. Resign all your players and then load blitzball and quit out until the tournament prize is Aurouch Reels. If you want Wakka's Celestial Weapon powered up fully, reset data until the league prize is the Sigil, then sign your players and win.
Techs to know:
Sphere Shot: Hit and your SH can boost up to 10.
Wither Shot: Gives +3 to Shot and a 40% chance to affect the goalies BL or CA.
Wither Tackle: Gives +3 to Attack and a 40% chance to affect EN, PA, or SH.
Super Goalie: Hit and your CA can boost up to 10.
Here is the best lineup that can beat pretty much any low level team.
RF:
Tidus: Basically a place holder. You will lose Jecht shot after the first Tournament but Sphere Shot can help get a goal against the Al Bhed Psyches.
LF:
Wedge: In the main blitzball area. He is going to be your main goal scorer as he has the best starting SH. Once he levels enough, give him Wither Shot to boost his SH.
MF:
Brother: The pilot of the airship. He is what makes this strategy work. He is faster than everyone except the Guado. He can level quickly and gets good PA, SH, BL, and AT. He is all around the best player at low levels. Can use Wither Tackle which helps against the Ronso.
RD:
Rin: In the airship. Also a place holder. He is better than all the normal starting Aurochs and has pretty good passing which is useful against the Guado.
LD:
Ropp: The Mi'ihen Highroad Rin's Agency receptionist. An excellent early game defender who has good PA.
GL:
Jumal: In the Luca square outside the cafe. The best early game goalkeeper that is available right away. Once he levels he can use Super Goalie.
Once you have these players, load up blitzball, go to Tournament and Attack Reels should be the First Prize reward. If not, quit and try again until it is.
Gameplay:
Make sure you are set to Manual A control setting (push as soon as you have the ball)
Against the teams that are not Guado, get the ball to Brother. Use him to kite the other team away from Wedge. Once you do that, swim around until he can pass without performing a Breakthrough. Pass to Wedge, have him swim basically into the other teams net (make sure no opposing player is close enough to cause a breakthrough challenge) and shoot. He should score.
If you are playing the Guado, you are going to have to use breakthroughs to win as they are all as fast as Brother. Try to get Brother to breakthrough the defender close to Wedge and then pass to him. He should have a clear shot to the net.
When the other team has the ball, Jumal should be good enough to stop any shot except maybe a Sphere Shot. At low levels, only the Ronso should have it. Thankfully, they are the slowest players, so Brother should be able to kite them and Wedge should be able to score at will.
If you are playing the Psyches and Wedge can't score against Nimrook, use Brother to kite them away from Tidus. Use Jecht shot or Sphere shot. You will eventually score.
When trying to get the ball back, use Wither Tackle if you have it. Brother is fast enough that he can catch everyone.
Once you get a goal, just take the ball and retreat behind your goalie. The AI should put all players into a weird "holding" pattern and you can run out the clock. Be careful against the Goers as their MF likes to play aggressive and can challenge your ball carrier even if he goes behind the net. Pass around or breakthrough him until he goes away. Also, if the Guado are quick enough chasing your ball carrier back, they will do the same.
If you are having trouble, pass the ball between Brother and Ropp or Rin in the first half of a game to try to get Brother a quick level. Since he will do most of the defense and passing, he should level up quick.
Hope this helps. Practice, don't get angry, and good luck!
